The holiday season is a time for giving, and the joy of giving back can make all the difference in the world. While it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it’s important to remember that not everyone can enjoy the same festive comforts or make their children’s Christmas dreams come true. I’ve been on the receiving end of help during the holidays as a child and an adult, which makes giving back now such a passion for me.
This year, let’s come together to make a real impact and bring joy to those in need. There’s no better way to embrace the spirit of the holidays than by sharing love, compassion, and support with others. By spreading kindness and generosity, we have the power to lift others up and brighten their holiday season.
That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of this Secret Santa Squad! This is a special initiative for all of my amazing followers to come together and help families in need by clearing as many Amazon wish lists as we can this holiday season. Imagine the joy of gifting a toy to a child who wouldn’t have one otherwise or fulfilling a family’s essential needs during a time when they need it most.
Here’s how it works: You’ll join the squad by following along on social media. I’ll share curated wish lists from families YOU nominate who could use a little extra help this year. Each week, we’ll work together to surprise these families by purchasing items off their lists, brightening their holidays, and giving them a little more to smile about. No contribution is too small—every little bit helps, and together, we can make a big difference for so many families!
So, what do you say? Ready to be part of something extraordinary this holiday season? Let’s spread love, give back, and make this holiday season unforgettable for families everywhere.
Nominations
If you have a family in mind that could use help and support this holiday season, here’s how it’s going to go:
- I will need an Amazon Wish List for the family you are nominating. You can put this together by reaching out to the intended family to find out what they need, or creating it yourself if you already know what they want/need.
- Each family member needs to have three “wants” on the list. Think toys, games, heated massager, kitchen accessories, simple jewelry, etc.
- Each family member needs to have two “needs” on the list. Think coats, shoes, backpacks, etc.
- If the family has pets, be sure to throw in a gift for them as well.
- Please be sure all information on the Wish List, including mailing address, sizes, colors, etc. are accurate. I cannot fix these types of errors after the fact, and we want to be sure these gifts get to the right place.
- Once you have the Amazon Wish List created, please fill out this form! It will only take a few minutes, but it does need to be completed in its entirety for the nomination to be shared. I won’t be capping nominations at this time, but the sooner you can get their information submitted, the sooner we can start clearing the list!
- I will be sharing Amazon Wish List links via my stories throughout the week until Thanksgiving. We will fully complete a family’s wish list before moving to the next family. This way, families don’t end up with partial items that they need for Christmas.
Please Note:
- Filling out the form does not guarantee holiday assistance. We will try to help as many families as we are able to this year!
- We will be helping families through Amazon Wish Lists. Before filling out the form, you need to have already created an Amazon Wish List for the intended family. If you have not created an Amazon Wish List, please do that first before completing this application.
- Amazon Wish Lists do not provide sensitive information, like the home mailing address of the intended family. Because of this, Maddy Gutierrez cannot be held responsible if the wrong information has been used to create your family’s wish list.
