It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Sing it with me! Ok, it isn’t Christmas yet, but if you are beauty junkie like myself, you are just as stoked when Sephora announces a sale. Because let’s be real… While I LOVE me some high end beauty products, I don’t like paying full price for anything. Thankfully, Sephora puts on an awesome event for their rewards program members a few times a year!
You guys are always asking me what my favorite products are. I love to splurge on some luxury goodies here and there, but there are plenty of affordable options out there. HOWEVER, if you are looking to make the plunge on that outlandish eyeshadow palette or stock up on your favorite brow pencil, now is the time to get to it!
I’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting for you, and put all of my favorite splurge bits and the things I continue to repurchase all here. Your wallet and your husband may not thank you, but your face will!
Skincare
- Drunk Elephant Baby Facial – Hands down the best (and most intense) mask you will put on your face. Immediately see a difference in skin texture!
- Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask – This smells like a Jolly Rancher and will totally hydrate and gently exfoliate your face all while you sleep! I will never go without.
- GlamGlow SUPERMUD Clearing Treatment – This is for those days when you are suffering from intense breakouts or just before those hormones creep up.
- Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm – Holy grail cleanser for me. Takes off everything, including waterproof mascara, doesn’t irritate my skin or have any scent added to it.
- Sunday Riley Good Genes – One of those products that I will always go back to that I feel like “change” your skin. Super effective lactic acid treatment. Great for spots, anti aging and resurfacing the skin.
- Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask – I haven’t tried this, but I am snagging it in the sale. They hype on this is all over the gram, and I have a little bit of FOMO.
- Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Oil – this one is a splurge, but trust me. It is worth it! I have tried other marula oils, and none of them compare to the hydration and quality of this one!
- Boscia Matcha Magic Mask – This mask does it all. It is super calming, clearing and gentle. I love this for when my skin is feeling a little sensitive, but still needs attention! It lasts forever, too!
Makeup
- Two Faced Better Than Sex Mascara – This is my favorite “high end” mascara. It gives you those big, va-va-voom lashes that make people wonder if you are wearing falsies or not! So glam, so good.
- Tom Ford Lipstick – Lipstick is my love language, and I really want to splurge on a Tom Ford lipstick in a fabulous shade for fall.
- Bare Minerals Bare Pro Foundation – I have had my eye on this for ages! Really want to give it a go.
- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder – Holy grail. You need this. End of story. I buy one every year in the sale. Dim light is my favorite!
- Stila Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow – I have seen these on so many people and they always look stunning!
- Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner – Favorite liquid liner. It is my go to. Nothing else lasts quite like this one.
- Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Whiz – Do I really need to explain this one? Just do it.
- Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette – This is the eyeshadow palette that I think I am going to treat myself to! So excited! I haven’t had a new palette in ages.
Hair
- Devacurl No-Poo Zero Lather Cleanser – I am using this shampoo for my curly hair and loving it.
- Devacurl Light Defining Gel – This is the gel I am using right now, and it is great for soft curls.
- Devacurl Melt Into Moisture Mask – I just got my first curly cut, and my hairdresser recommended this to me!
- Invisibobble Hair Ties – Best hair ties out there.
- Living Proof Dry Shampoo – Always a favorite!
- T3 Cura Hair Dryer – Do I need a spendy hair dryer? Probably not. Do I want one? Most definitely.
ETC
- Jo Malone Perfume in Peony and Blush Suede – This is my “signature” perfume. I wear this to any special event, and the smell reminds me of some of the happiest times in my life.
- Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille – This cologne is SEXY. Mr. G. wears this, and it makes me want to jump him.
- St Tropez Self Tanning Mousse – I tried self tan for the first time this summer, and it changed my life. Love this one the most!
- Isle of Paradise Self Tan Drops – I want to grab these for my face! I am going to be turning super pale with the fall coming up.
- Nest Grapefruit Reed Diffuser – Nest makes some of my favorite home fragrances and the grapefruit scent is my favorite. Purchasing this to put near our front door!
