Hey, Swifties and Concert Goers, Alike! 🌟
I am prepping everything I need to have the most incredible experience at the Eras tour! I wanted to share my concert must-haves that will make the night unforgettable. After attending a few other concerts as well, I’ve learned a thing or two this past year, so if you’re gearing up for an Eras concert or want to be prepared for any live event, here is everything you need to pack!
Loop Earplugs
If you’re like me and love to sing your heart out, you might forget how loud concerts can be. That’s why I always bring my Loop earplugs. They’re discreet and comfortable, and they reduce the volume without compromising sound quality. You’ll still hear all the amazing vocals and instruments while protecting your ears. Trust me; your future self will thank you!
Even before the concert starts, I like to have these in. There are just so many noises, and it can be really overstimulating. You can still hear what’s going on around you without all of the extra buzzing that can happen when in a crowded venue.
Foldable Flats
Let’s be real: while I love rocking my favorite heels or trendy boots, standing and dancing for hours can be brutal on my feet. Comfort will always win over style for me. Enter foldable flats! These lifesavers are super compact and easy to slip into your bag. While Tieks are the OG and meant to be the best foldable flats you can find, you can totally just grab a more inexpensive dupe from Amazon! When your feet start to ache, change into these, and you’ll be ready to dance the night away without a care in the world.
I hope I can last all night in my boots, but I’m keeping a pair in my bag just in case.
All the Phone Accessories
In the age of social media, capturing every moment is a must! A portable phone charger is essential for keeping your phone alive for those epic concert photos and videos. I like this one because it has all the cords for whichever device you need to charge. Plus, you’ll want to stay connected with friends or share your experience online. Make sure to charge it before the concert to avoid any mid-show panic! I always have two on me as well; this is another one from Amazon that works great!
Another phone accessory I always have with me is a mag safe suction mount for my phone! I love being able to take hands-free selfies or videos and this one is great because it can be removed so your mag charger still works.
Clear Purse that is Venue Approved
A lightweight, clear purse is necessary for carrying all your essentials. Look for one that is approved for whichever venue you’re attending so you can keep everything organized without getting your bag confiscated at the door. The Evie bag from Sheer Gear is fantastic, fits all my needs, and is stadium-approved! It can be worn over the shoulder or as a crossbody. I can’t wait to bring it to the show.
Their straps are super durable and come in different styles, though you could totally swap it out for your favorite strap from any other bag! It has a leather trim and comes with a matching accessory pouch. It fits your flats, Loops, and chargers with spare room. Bonus points if it’s stylish enough to match your concert outfit!
Reusable and Collapsible Water Bottle
Staying hydrated is key, especially when you’re dancing and singing. Some venues allow you to bring in a reusable water bottle, so check their guidelines beforehand. There are plenty of inexpensive options like this one on Amazon. Not only will you save money, but you’ll also feel much better throughout the night. (I know it’s not a Brumate or Stanley, but I’d rather avoid overpaying for warm water bottles anyway! Gotta work with what you’ve can!) I’m also going to have a few Liquid IV packs in my bag for an added hydration boost!
Comfy, Stylish Outfit
Of course, we can’t forget about fashion! Choose an outfit that’s both comfortable and fabulous. Think breathable fabrics, layers (in case it gets chilly), and some sparkle to shine like the star you are! Don’t forget accessories like a cute hat or fun jewelry to complete your look. I still have yet to decide on an outfit, so… Wish me luck!
Don’t Forget Your Friendship Bracelets!
Friendship bracelets have become THE thing to do at a Taylor concert, and the fun has even overflowed to other concerts! I’ve linked all the supplies I’ve used over the last few months!
Are You Ready For It?
Concerts are all about enjoying the music and creating unforgettable memories. With these essentials in your bag, you’ll be ready for a night full of magic! I can’t wait for my next Taylor Swift concert, and I hope you find these tips helpful for your own concert adventures.
