WHAT IT IS
The Scalp Revival Serum is a super lightweight treatment that is formulated with biotin, charcoal, peppermint, tea tree, and witch hazel to balance the scalp, soothe irritated skin, promote growth and detox. How’s that for a multi-functional product?! It has the clean seal of approval at Sehpora and contains no silicones or or parabens.
HOW I USE IT
After every hair wash, I comb through my wet hair and apply a few drops of this serum to my scalp and gently massage it in with my fingers. It is super cooling and has a tingly feeling when applied to the scalp. It isn’t heavy at all, which is always a concern when adding a product to my routine. I have very fine hair, and it is weighed down really easily. I use about five drops around my crown, making sure to apply it directly to my scalp.
I’ve also been using the Briogeo Scalp Revival Stimulating Massager since it arrived. This has quickly become the best part of my shower, especially if my hair has been up in a bun or ponytail. I use it while I have shampoo in my hair and gently massage my scalp back and forth and side to side. You want to avoid circular motions, as that can cause a lot of knots and tangles. It is so soothing and feels like you are having a deep treatment done in a salon. I sometimes wash my hair just so I can use this bad boy!
I also got the Briogeo shower cap, because it was too cute to pass up. I have a big noggin, and this one doesn’t squeeze my head while wearing it. It fits all of my hair and then some, and has an adorable little bow on the front. Totally waterproof and makes skipping wash days super easy!
I just got in the Be Gentle, Be Kind, Avocado + Kiwi Hair Mask. I have only tried it once, but I love it so far! It smells heavenly and was super hydrating. I will try a few more times before letting you know my final thoughts!
Over the last eight weeks, I have been SO happy with my hair. It has felt nourished, it has grown so much, and no more itchy, flaky scalp!
