You’d think living in New York City would lead to shopping in stores, not online. But I almost NEVER go out shopping in the city. Especially in the summer! It is hot, so crowded and most of the stores here aren’t catering to plus size brands. Whomp whomp.
Dia & Co sent me a box to review. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this post are my own. This post may contain affiliate links. Please read my Disclosure Policy for details.
So, I am always looking for the best pieces online. I’m still trying to “find my style, so putting outfits together, especially when you aren’t shopping in person is tricky for me! My goal for the fall is to put together a “kinda” capsule wardrobe. Bold, statement items that mix well with neutral tops or bottoms. And have it all be mix and match!
Turns out this is a lot harder than it sounds, especially when you aren’t doing all of your shopping at one time! Thankfully, I found Dia & Co, an online styling service exclusively for extended sizes! I have tried LOTS of styling boxes, and never once have I wanted to keep everything that came in the box.
I got my first Dia & Co box this week and was totally blown away. My stylist (who is amazing!) listened to everything I said and DELIVERED!
What do you guys think about these outfits? I love that I can dress each of these items up or down, mix and match and transition them all into fall. The skirt will look so cute with a pair of booties, and the peplum will look so fab with some heels for date night! And the best part is, the Jessica Simpson Jeans are like MAGIC! Suck you in and lift in all the right places!
All about Dia & Co
Style
When you sign up for your first box, you fill out a really extensive style Q&A, so your stylist knows exactly what you are looking for. There is even a place to add in a note if you want something specific are don’t want a certain type of clothing. If you are someone who hoards jeans, just let your stylist know that jeans are not on your list. Voila!
Quality
I firmly believe in quality over quantity. I would much rather have a few nice pieces that will last through frequent wear and washing than a ton of cheap clothes that won’t make it to next season. Investing in your clothing, especially your basics is key! One thing that puts Dia & Co ahead of its competitors is that you are getting name brand items, not weird companies that you have never heard of.
Ease
Dia & Co make it super easy if you don’t like your box. They offer free returns and exchanges, so if you need a different size or don’t like an item in your box, you just pop it into the included shipping bag, pop in a mailbox and carry on your day. No printing labels. No talking to customer service. Nada. There is a $20 styling fee, but that goes towards anything you decide to keep! And you only pay for what you decide to keep!
